The portable fermented grains detector can quickly and non-destructively measure various key indicators in raw materials and fermented grains during the brewing process of Baijiu. It supports standalone operation (without a computer) and has a built-in battery suitable for in-situ detection. It can be remotely managed, and the software, models can be calibrated, upgraded, and maintained through an Ethernet port, WIFI connection to a PC or network.
