The seed analyzer consists of three parts: a 16 million yuan high-speed scanner, a backlight device, and a tablet with embedded software. The backlight device adopts high brightness LED lights, and the outer frame is made of aluminum alloy material. The software adopts advanced image processing technology and is an embedded software designed based on distance transformation principle, morphology, convex hull detection and other technologies. This device is mainly used for field crop yield measurement and seed testing in the agricultural field. By taking photos with a high-speed camera, the software automatically calculates the number of seeds, seed area, circumference, length, width, aspect ratio, and other data. Based on the weight obtained from the balance and the number of seeds, the thousand seed weight is automatically calculated; Output results in a list and graphical format for users to view, analyze, and research. This product can also manually adjust the number of crop seeds to ensure counting accuracy, save data, and view data reports. Finally, the data can be exported in Excel format or uploaded to the instrument cloud data management system through WiFi to achieve data statistics and intelligent analysis.
The seed analyzer can measure the quantity, thousand/hundred grain weight, and average grain type (including length, width, aspect ratio, circumference, and area) of various smooth surface grains. It uses image ORC recognition technology, image localization, spatial conversion, and other technologies to quickly identify the number of seeds and crop trait indicators.
1. The Android system has the advantages of simplified operation, user-friendly, intelligent, and upgradable applications.
2. Imaging characteristics: Equipped with a 16 megapixel resolution color camera with autofocus and an ultra-thin backlight source board, it has automatic correction features for camera image distortion and backlight board uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors. The diameter of the seeds analyzed by photography is 0.5-20mm. The solid and unripe grains of rice seeds need to be selected by wind, and then counted and analyzed separately to obtain the setting rate of rice.
3. Particle counting accuracy and target size: 1-2000 particles/time, particle counting error ≤ ± 0.2%, minimal monitoring and correction can ensure result accuracy. Accuracy error of thousand particle weight analysis: ≤± 1mg;
4. It can automatically measure the particle shape parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, perimeter) of various adhesive seeds. The measurement error of various particle sizes is ≤± 0.1mm.
5. There is a record of the tested sample, and the sample weight input automatically calculates the thousand particle weight. The analysis process is automatically controlled by a tablet, which is efficient, accurate, and easy to use, with one click operation for counting analysis and thousand particle weight measurement.
6. Analysis data export: The analysis image results can be saved and automatically generate a total report. The statistical analysis results can be output to an Excel spreadsheet.
7. The seed examination system is supported by cloud platforms, and data can be uploaded to the cloud platform. Historical data can be retrieved according to any time period and seed category. Data such as measurement time, seed quantity, thousand seed weight, average area, average circumference, average length, average width, and thumbnail of seed images can be viewed. Bar chart analysis can be performed on different parameters, and data can be exported in Excel spreadsheet format. Data can be printed online, and data can be displayed according to the selected time period. Data can be analyzed in tables, bar charts, and other formats. Online downloading and printing are also supported.
8. Backlight device: It uses high brightness LED lights driven by the power supply, with the help of nano light guide plates and reflective materials, making the backlight clear. The seeds have no shadows on top, and the aluminum alloy outer frame has a beautiful and sturdy appearance that is not easily deformed.

10. Automatic update: The software has an online automatic update function, which automatically detects new versions every time it enters the system. Users can choose to update or update the system at other times.
