The handheld fluorescence immunoassay analyzer is designed to be compact, lightweight, and small in size, making it easy to carry to various on-site environments for testing, such as emergency rooms, community clinics, and even remote areas. Compared to traditional large-scale laboratory equipment, its portability significantly improves detection efficiency and flexibility.
Fluorescence immunoassay technology is a novel membrane detection technique based on antigen antibody specific immune reactions. This technology uses a strip-shaped fiber chromatography material with a fixed detection line (coated with antibodies or antigens) and a quality control line (anti antibodies) as the stationary phase, the test solution as the mobile phase, fluorescently labeled antibodies or antigens fixed on the connecting pad, and the analyte is moved on the chromatography strip through capillary action. For large molecule antigens (proteins, viruses, pathogenic bacteria, etc.) with multiple antigenic determinants, the "sandwich" type double antibody sandwich immunochromatography method is usually used. That is, the analyte first binds to the fluorescently labeled antibody under the action of the mobile phase, and then binds to the coated antibody when it reaches the detection line to form a double antibody sandwich "sandwich" type.
Fluorescence immunoassay is applied in various fields such as medical diagnosis, tumor research, neuroscience research, drug development, food safety testing, forensic identification, etc. In drug development, it can be used to screen and evaluate the efficacy and safety of drugs; In food safety testing, harmful substances such as additives and residues in food can be detected; In forensic identification, it can be used to detect and analyze evidence in biological samples.
