Grain Freshness Tester

Product Introduction:

The grain freshness tester is suitable for the grain industry standard LS/T 6118-2017 "Grain and Oil Inspection - Determination and Discrimination of Rice Freshness", and is a specialized instrument for detecting the freshness of rice. Its working principle is based on the amount of aldehydes and ketones produced during the aging process of rice samples. The tested rice is ground into rice, and the rice sample is added with a special reagent - freshness tester. After shaking and mixing, it is centrifuged. The color change of the mixed solution after the reaction between the sample and freshness tester is detected by the instrument, and the freshness value of the sample is displayed to determine the freshness of the rice sample. This instrument is mainly used in grain depots, rice processing enterprises, grain quality inspection centers, etc. to evaluate the freshness of rice.
