The portable near-infrared soy protein analyzer adopts advanced near-infrared spectroscopy technology, which can simultaneously and non destructively detect indicators such as protein, fat, water-soluble protein, fiber, and moisture in soybeans. The analysis process does not require complex preprocessing, and results can be obtained within seconds, greatly improving detection efficiency and reducing time and labor costs. This instrument is intelligent and easy to operate, with stable and reliable results. The spectral information collected based on Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology contains the pan frequency vibration or rotation information of chemical bonds such as N-H, C-H, O-H, C-O, etc. of the sample material components (such as proteins, fats, water, fibers, and water-soluble protein molecules). By establishing a mathematical correlation between the spectral information and the measured substance components using stoichiometric methods, quantitative analysis of relevant detection indicators can be achieved.
