Intelligent Seed Analysis Aystem

Purpose:

Used for precise seeding of various crop seeds (grains, corn, wheat, rapeseed, etc.), as well as insect count analysis of various grain depots. It can be used for counting smooth surface insects or insect eggs (such as rice weevils, aphids, silkworm eggs, fish seeds, etc.), as well as being used as a seed cleanliness workbench for seed cleanliness inspection.

Main technical indicators

1. The 12 megapixel color camera with a large depth of field and an A3 format ultra-thin backlight board have automatic correction features for camera image distortion and backlight board uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors.

2. ★ It can automatically analyze the seed grain images in large quantities after imaging. The diameter of the seeds analyzed by photography is 0.5-20mm. The solid and unripe grains of rice seeds need to be selected by wind and then counted and analyzed separately.

3. ★ Fully automatic counting speed of 1200-20000 grains/minute, counting error ≤ ± 0.1-0.4%, with minimal monitoring and correction to achieve 100% accuracy. The accuracy error of fully automatic thousand particle weight analysis is ≤± 0.5%. For seeds with smaller diameters (such as rapeseed and vegetable seeds), the number of seeds tested in a single batch is between 5000 and 10000.
